Exchange and Returns

We hope that you will love every purchase with us. But if ever a product has any manufacturing defect or doesn’t fit you, you can return / exchange it at your own expense in its original condition to us within 48 hours of receiving as per our terms and conditions.

Royal Jackets accepts return as per the following policy

  • Only defective/damaged products will be accepted for returns/exchange.
  • Customer need to raise an alert with us within 2 working days from the date of delivery for being eligible for the return/exchange.
  • Only those products will be eligible for return/exchange policies which are received by us within 10 working days of the date of delivery.
  • Customer need to return the parcel / product to our office / foreign unit at their own expense (courier charges & other custom taxes or duties will be paid by customer)
  • Royal Jackets retains the rights to examine whether the product returned/exchange is defective/damaged and based on the verification Royal Jackets will either reship/replace the product to the customer.
  • In case product is defective or damaged then the Royal Jackets team will exchange and reship the product to the same shipping address of the customer subject to the availability of the stock of the product.
  • In case the returned/exchange product is not defective/damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reship to the shipping address of the order.
  • If the product stock is unavailable then a request for the refund/exchange will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered email.
  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
  • In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.
  • In case we have delivered the same product you have ordered and you still need size exchange then you have to bear both side courier charges, however, size replacement is subject to availability of required size with us.
  • Customized jackets & Custom sized Jackets are not eligible for return / refunds. Royal Jackets will either reship/replace the product to the customer.
  • We are not responsible for customs and taxes. We, however, will also keep updated with the shipment. If, for any reason, customs has held the shipment we will do our part to have them release the package to you as quickly as possible.


Royal Jackets refund policies are as following

  • Only those products which are returned from the customers as per the acceptable return policy and for which the replacement is not possible will be eligible for refunds.
  • In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Royal Jackets may, at its discretion, either contact the customer for instructions or cancel the order and notify customer of such cancellation. In such cases Royal Jackets will refund the charged amount to the customer (only for which the payment is already received).

For Online Refunds

  • In case the payment mode of the refunded order is Online (Credit Card/Paypal) the amount will be refunded to the customer Card / Paypal Account.
  • Refund will be made within 2 working days from the date of receiving the parcel back at our unit.
  • For online refund the transaction might take 3-5 working days to reflect into your account.

For Offline Refunds

  • In case the payment mode of the refunded order is offline (COD/Cheque/DD/any other offline payment mode) the mode of refund will be through Cheque.
  • Refund will be within 2 working days from the date of request of refund.
  • Refund cheques will be sent to the billing address of the refunded order.
